Tocco Toscano's products are meticulously designed for carry and style. The brand had always wanted a better way to communicate this beyond using just images and text on their ecommerce store and product pages. Customers had also always wanted to see and learn more about the brand's products before their purchase, asking a myriad of questions like "does this fit my laptop?" or "how long is the strap", etc.
The brand had a strong social media presence with lots of videos, but not every customer checked with social content while deciding to make a purchase. The team saw videos as the future of engagement but needed a platform that was fast, easy to update, and could handle hundreds of videos at scale.
